86 Weybosset Street: The Studley Building

Located in the heart of downtown Providence, The Studley building is where historic charm meets modern convenience. After a comprehensive renovation was recently completed in 2023, The Studley is now home to sixty-five apartments and is a mix of studios and one-bedroom units. Designed by Eric Zuena of ZDS Architects, The Studley features furnished units with designer cabinetry, gorgeous bathrooms, in-room washer-dryers, electric stovetops, microwave convection ovens, and personal workspaces.
