Paolino, Jr., had the honor of hosting the naming ceremony of the Chief Judge Caprio Court Room at the Providence Public Safety Building, 39 years after working with the Providence City Council to appoint him as Chief Judge.
A dear friend and compassionate judge of almost 40 years, Judge Frank Caprio elevated the position of Chief Judge and enhanced the reputation of Rhode Island across the globe. His deeply human interactions both inside and out of the courtroom have exploded on social media and his many viral moments have captured the hearts of many.
