Last month, there was a night of celebration & inspiration at Grow Smart RI’s 2023 Smart Growth Awards. Paolino Properties is honored to announce that the Studley Commercial to Residential Conversion was recognized as one of seven local projects & leaders, all of which share the common goal of creating stronger communities through innovative revitalization and preservation initiatives.
The Studley, built in 1894, is now home to 65 studio and one-bedroom apartments, including 14 workforce housing units. Eric Zuena and ZDS Architecture & Interior Design were instrumental in combining the charm of this historic building with all the modern amenities one would need for downtown living. Residents of The Studley are steps away from all our vibrant city has to offer; delicious dining, local shopping, art displays, and so much more.
