Founded in 1900, Paolino Properties is the oldest family owned and operated real estate company in Rhode Island. Headquartered in Providence, we are a full service firm with extensive expertise in property management, development, leasing, and sales for both commercial and residential markets.
Paolino Properties specializes in management and development of office buildings, residential apartment complexes, resort timeshare, marinas, shopping centers, hotels, and parking facilities.
Currently, our 25 person staff oversees more than 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial office property, multiple parking facilities, 175 multifamily dwelling units, 52 waterfront timeshares, a marina, residential subdivisions, industrial parks and 600,000 sq. ft. of retail facilities.
